mission statement

museSalon Collaborative is an equity-centered, ecosystem builder in the arts and culture sector whose thought leadership is informed by transdisciplinarity and liberatory praxis.

Working alongside visionary leaders, research partners, philanthropy and BIPOC arts practitioners, we utilize holistic and culturally-rooted techniques as a gateway to achieve solutions.

As a Black-Woman and artist-led 501(c)3 service organization, we are building international, sustainable village-support for BIPOC-led and serving arts and cultural organizations. Our capacity building services follow our signature E.L.E.V.A*.T.E. Framework, a holistic curriculum that accounts for heritage, cultural tradition and repairing or answering to the impact of colonization, slavery and genocide. As an incubator for BIPOC arts leaders, we build capacity by centering remembrance, repair, regeneration, healing, empowerment as precursors to sustainability.
